My professional career is characterized by the aspiration to discover new things, to combine them beneficially with proven methods, and to make them accessible to people.
As the managing director of Netzwerk Kadertraining, I am responsible for numerous education and training projects for federal and cantonal clients, using hybrid learning concepts for over 1,000 participants annually. What they all have in common is the goal of enabling people to collaborate successfully.
My particular focus is on making innovations – including GenAI – not only understandable but also tailoring them to the individual needs of teams and organizations.
