Ruurd de Fluiter is an experienced business leader, advisor, and executive coach with extensive international experience across industries. With a career spanning over four decades, Ruurd has held senior executive and board-level roles, including CEO positions at Swiss Re UK and M&G Re. Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board and Impact Validation Committee of CHI Impact Capital, while also supporting senior professionals as an executive coach. Ruurd’s expertise extends across profitable business, organizational development, and strategic leadership. With a strong academic background, including an MA and MSc in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching, he combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise across industries.
