About Me
Dirk’s mission is to help organizations and individuals to achieve their strategic goals by unlocking their full potential. He has 30+ years of business experience in executive and consultancy roles in a range of different industries, including the ICT, Airline, Oil&Gas, Medical Devices, Financial Services, Engineering, and Professional Services industry. In these industries, he worked in, for, and with, a number of different organizations, including AT&T, PA Consulting Group, Shell, Swiss Re, Covidien (Medtronic), Credit Suisse, The Global Fund, and Adecco.

Created a corporate Training Academy, to decrease reliance on the external labor market

Led Organizational Transformation projects for a European MedTech BU, leading to significant OPEX savings

Reduced operational HR costs by restructuring and increasing operational efficiency through Shared Services restructuring.
Dirk has master’s degrees in Organizational Sociology (University of Amsterdam), Business Administration (University of Sheffield), as well as a postgraduate degree in Personal and Executive Coaching (University of Chester).
He is a ‘reflective practitioner’, because he always looks for opportunities to enhance the performance of individuals and businesses, in a sustainable manner. For this reason, he is intellectually curious, regularly blogs, and produces and hosts the Leadership 2.0 Podcast.
