About Me

For over 20 years, I have been running my own company and bring extensive experience in building business units, employee management, and implementing new methods and tools. My entrepreneurial approach is characterized by a constant striving for improvement and the search for innovative solutions that create sustainable value.

My focus is on creating a space that promotes and enables collaborative learning. The important approach is to find the best solutions together. This creates meaningful and future-oriented learning processes that enable learning from each other, with each other, and for each other.

With over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in various roles as HR and communications manager, I have been able to accompany several complex change projects and develop a deep understanding of system dynamics and the human factor in change processes.

Personally, as a coach and consultant, I accompany teams and executives in their professional development. I support companies in complex change projects as a facilitator and process designer, always with a systemic view and the goal of bringing out the full potential of everyone.
